Receipt of Individual Access Codes
Two days before your arrival, you will receive a message containing the personalized access codes for your accommodation. These codes will allow you to enter the apartment as well as any other secured areas, such as the underground garage if applicable.
Where to Receive the Codes
The access codes and related information will be sent to you through the messaging system of the platform where you made your reservation:
- Airbnb: Check the messaging system in your Airbnb account.
- Booking.com: Check the messaging system in your Booking.com account.
- Direct Booking: The information will be sent to the email address you used for the reservation. Don’t forget to check your inbox and spam folder.
