How to Use the Infrared Sauna

This infrared sauna is available for your relaxation and well-being.
Please read the instructions below carefully before use to enjoy a safe and pleasant experience.


🌿 What Is an Infrared Sauna?

Unlike traditional saunas, an infrared sauna heats your body directly using carbon infrared panels.
The heat is gentle, comfortable, and penetrates deeply into the body.

Average temperature: 40°C to 60°C
Recommended session time: 20 to 40 minutes


▶️ How to Start the Sauna

  1. Sit inside the sauna and close the door
  2. Press the ON/OFF button on the control panel
  3. Set:
    • Temperature using the + / – buttons
    • Session time using the + / – buttons
  4. The sauna will start heating automatically

💡 The “Heat” indicator light turns on while the sauna is heating.


🌡️ Recommended Settings

  • First-time users:
    👉 30 minutes at 40–45°C
  • Regular use:
    👉 30–40 minutes at 45–55°C
  • Do not exceed 40 minutes per session

⏸️ The sauna stops automatically when the timer ends.

  • Light button:
    • Inside light
    • Outside light
    • Both lights
    • Lights off
  • Color therapy button:
    • Several relaxing colors
    • Automatic cycle or fixed color mode

🎵 Music & Bluetooth (if available)

  • Press MODE to select:
    • FM Radio
    • Bluetooth
    • USB
  • Bluetooth:
    • Device name: BT301
    • Connect your phone to enjoy your own music

🚿 Before & After Your Session

Before

  • Drink a glass of water 💧
  • Sit on a dry towel
  • Do not bring wet towels inside the sauna

After

  • Turn off the sauna
  • Exit slowly and carefully
  • Drink water again
  • Leave the door slightly open to ventilate

⚠️ Important Safety Rules

❌ Do not use the sauna:

  • If you are pregnant
  • If you have fever or heart conditions (without medical advice)
  • Under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • Children under 6 years old (unless supervised)

🚫 Please do not:

  • Pour water inside the sauna
  • Touch the heating panels
  • Dry clothes inside the sauna
  • Leave the sauna running unattended
  • Use the sauna for more than 2 consecutive hours
    (mandatory 1-hour break after 2 hours)

🛑 If you feel dizzy, uncomfortable, or unwell: stop immediately and exit the sauna.


🧼 Cleaning (Guest Use)

  • Wipe benches and floor with a dry towel
  • Do not use liquid or chemical cleaners
  • Always leave the sauna clean and dry

  • Restart the control panel
